ADRP is Excited to Introduce Christina Chang and Gregory Warner

Christina Chang
Christina Chang Equity Consulting, LLC

Christina Chang is a race and equity consultant based in Seattle. She headed Finance, Talent & Administration for University of Washington Advancement for 15 years, initiating a race-conscious strategy for Advancement Talent Management that was considered a best practice organization. Christina speaks about building and sustaining diverse and inclusive work cultures at universities and nonprofit organizations across the country. Her life’s work is to help build systems of belonging, where—as Dr. Brittany Cooper says—everyone has the “audacity to live their authentic truth.” Christina graduated from Georgetown University and has an MPA from American University.

Gregory Warner
Founder and CEO

Greg Warner is the author of Engagement Fundraising and CEO and Founder of MarketSmart, a revolutionary marketing software and services firm that helps nonprofits raise more for less. He also invented the Fundraising Report Card and the DAFwidget. In 2013, Greg coined the phrase “Engagement Fundraising” to encapsulate his breakthrough fundraising formula for achieving extraordinary results. Using their own innovative strategies and technologies, MarketSmart helps fundraisers zero in on the donors most likely to support their organizations and institutions with major and legacy gifts.
